Refer to technical & product information & brand-specific documents to maintain accurate spare part database

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years of experience as a Service or Maintenance Engineer with material handling equipment’s. Good technical knowledge of sub-assemblies & functionality of Forklift, Warehousing Equipment’s, Stackers, Reach Trucks, Pallet Trucks, Order Pickers etc. Should be well versed with MS Excel and must have good English communication.

POSITION: Technical Researcher

LOCATION: Pune

QUALIFICATION: BE (Mechanical) Or Diploma In Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIS: Handling incoming inquiries from the sales division for the look up of part numbers, within the set time limit. Technical support to the sales division. Detecting and completing of technical data. Keeping up to date Technical Data.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years of experience as a Service or Maintenance Engineer with material handling equipment’s such as Forklift, Cranes, Aerial Working Platforms 0r Earthmoving Equipment’s etc. Good technical knowledge of sub-assemblies & functionality of above equipment’s Should be well versed with MS Excel and must have good English communication.

POSITION: Regional Sales Engineer

LOCATION: Gurgaon

QUALIFICATION: BE (Mechanical) or Equivalent

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIS:

The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:Perform SWOT analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers feedback.Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, solution presentation to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. Plan the sales activities and make regular visits to customers, 3-4 customer visits per day. Meet Sales Objectives & Budget of the company in the assigned Territories. Co-operate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables and overdue. Involve in forecasting with manager for allotted geography and preparing a blueprint to implement the same. Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth. Participate and actively involved in the product exhibitions to promote the product and generate leads. Keeps himself/herself up to date of the market developments, new projects & changes. Ability to tap new markets based on market awareness & provide right technical solutions and product information / demonstrations to the customers and prospects Manage key accounts with respect to needs of the customer and sorting their issues. Providing right technical solutions & applications to cater the needs. Report timely and accurately in the CRM. **Any other responsibility as per discretion of management

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years in Mechanical Components or Machinery Sales. Coupling market knowledge will be an added advantage.

POSITION: Regional Sales Engineer

LOCATION: Bangalore

QUALIFICATION: BE (Electrical / Electronics) or Equivalent

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIS:

This job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities: Real-time assessment of our business position in the territory (i.e., SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.) Creation of a solid business plan and on-going activity plan. Create Sales plan and Implement the Sales Strategy Execution of all sales processes and strategies Accurate territory forecasting. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. Need to manage the existing customers, visit existing clients and develop relationships. Need to develop new customers, OEMs in Automotive, Machinery, Railway Energy and other market segments. Participate and take complete responsibility of product promotions through exhibitions, seminars, conferences, presentations etc. Liaison with all Railway regulatory bodies to promote Electrical connector product range and take necessary product approvals. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. Achieve the Sales targets and goals set for the Region and develop the Region for the electrical connector product portfolio. Ability to propose realistic technical solutions to meet customers’ requirements. Ability to manage the long sales cycle from initial contact to first order, steps both technical and sales related that need to be addressed one by one.

EXPERIENCE: : 3-5 years of Industrial Sales Experience handling Electrical Connectors or related Electrical products. Significant experience in lesioning with Railway regulatory bodies like RDSO, DMRCL etc. handling Railway market segment is desirable.
